FEELING LOW, SINGING HIGH
G C
Well most of my days I led a good life and I've searched this world around.
D G
Tell you brother some things I know and some that I've found.
G C
Those days and nights, yeah they blend together, things ain't exactly clear.
D
Every once in awhile I wonder, what I'm doing here
.
You know we came into the world together, as simple as A B C.
Going through the same old stuff (crap), ah you to me.
But when I get that low down feeling, something just comes along.
And every pretty woman I meet well, least I get a song.
Those Chocolate Days and Popsicle Weeks, and "everything's penicillin".
Just some things I read along the way, but God knows I'm willing.
To get my life in order Lord and make it semi-straight.
Become the foolish master of my, soap opera fate.
CHORUS
G G
And so I, sit around, play my music, late at night.
C D
And though I'm feeling low, I'm singing high.
Em C
One more time again, we're going to find my friend.
G D G
Were going to make it, to the end.
